The Heart Behind My Herbal Place
My story didn't begin with herbalism. I'm a New York girl at heart, born and raised with roots in the Bronx and Harlem. I'm a mother of four, a grandmother, and a woman who came to herbalism through curiosity, life experience, and a growing desire to understand more about the plants and traditions that have supported people for generations.
Herbalism wasn't something I grew up learning. I was drawn to it over time. The more I learned, the more questions I had, and the
more I began bringing herbs into my own everyday life and sharing what I was learning with the people I love.
That journey eventually became My Herbal Place.
I wanted to create a space that felt familiar to me, warm, approachable, rooted in community, and never intimidating. A place where you don't need to know the difference between a tincture and an infusion before you meet me. You can come as you are, ask questions, learn something, sip some tea and figure out what herbal wellness can realistically look like in your life.
So I invite you to join me on this journey, to connect with plants that support, nurture and remind you to Sip Slowly, Breathe Deeply.
Welcome to My Herbal Place.
